In short
Arcetis built the complete website and a custom clinic management system for a specialist gastro-surgery practice in Nepal. The public site takes online appointment bookings and enquiries; the custom PHP admin lets the clinic manage appointments, patients, leads, and all site content — homepage, clinic details, services, gallery, blog, and FAQ — from one panel, without needing a developer for routine changes.
A specialist gastro-surgery practice in Nepal was running without a professional online presence. Prospective patients found the clinic by word of mouth or phone, appointment requests came in by call, and patient and enquiry details lived on paper and in phones rather than in any system. The practice needed two things at once: a credible, informative public website that would let patients find it and book online, and a way for the clinic's own staff to run the day-to-day — appointments, patient and lead records, and the site's content — without depending on a developer every time something changed. Arcetis was engaged to design and build both as a single system: the public clinic website and the custom management system behind it.
A surgical clinic's website is not a brochure — it is the front door to a healthcare decision, and it has to do two jobs that pull in different directions. For the patient, it has to establish credibility and make booking an appointment effortless. For the clinic, it has to be something the staff can actually run themselves, because a medical practice does not have a developer on hand to change opening hours, add a service, post an update, or pull up who booked what this week. Before the engagement, none of that existed. Appointments were taken by phone, enquiries and patient details were recorded on paper or in individual phones with no shared record, and there was no online booking at all — so every request depended on someone answering a call during clinic hours. There was also no way to keep the public information current without editing code, which in practice means it stops being edited, and the site drifts out of date. The build therefore had to deliver a fast, trustworthy public site and, underneath it, an admin system genuinely usable by clinic staff rather than engineers — one that turned the website into a system the practice operates, not a static page it pays to have changed.
Arcetis led the end-to-end design and build of both the public website and the clinic management system. Arcetis built the public clinic site — homepage, services, doctor and clinic information, gallery, blog, and FAQ — with an online appointment-booking flow and enquiry capture. Behind it, Arcetis built a custom admin application in PHP on a SQLite database, giving clinic staff control of appointments, patient records, captured leads, the newsletter list, and every content section of the site (homepage, clinic details, services, gallery, blog, FAQ) from a single authenticated panel, so routine updates never require a developer.
A fast, credible public website for a specialist surgical practice — services, doctor and clinic information, gallery, blog, and FAQ — built to make finding the clinic and booking an appointment straightforward for a patient making a healthcare decision.
A public booking flow that lets patients request appointments online at any hour rather than only by phone during clinic hours, with enquiries and captured leads written straight into the management system instead of onto paper.
A custom PHP/SQLite admin where clinic staff manage appointments, patient records, and captured leads, and administer the newsletter — the operational back office that replaced paper and phone records with a single shared system.
Every content section of the site — homepage, clinic details, services, gallery, blog, and FAQ — is editable from the admin, so the practice keeps its own site current without needing a developer for routine changes.
