Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) may be retained by our hosting provider (Vercel) for security and reliability purposes.
Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. If you become a client, information relevant to the engagement (e.g. ad account access, CRM data) is handled under a separate, project-specific agreement — never published or disclosed to other parties.
Contact form submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond to and, where relevant, deliver the engagement. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@arcetis.com.
