Nepal
A Pokhara-based team of 15 building websites, ecommerce stores, and custom software for Nepali businesses, with the stack chosen to fit the job rather than the agency's comfort zone.
A capable web development agency in Nepal should be able to build a simple business website, an ecommerce store that handles eSewa and Khalti correctly, and custom internal software when a business has outgrown spreadsheets. Arcetis, a Shopify Partner and Google Partner team of 15 in Pokhara, has built all three, including a hospital management system on React, TanStack, and Convex and multiple CRM and booking platforms for Nepali clients.
There is a difference between a web developer and a web development agency, and it matters for what kind of project you can bring. A solo developer can usually build you a good website. An agency should be able to take on something with more moving parts -- an ecommerce store integrated with local payment gateways, a booking system that needs to talk to a calendar and a payments flow, or internal software that replaces a business's spreadsheets and WhatsApp-based workflow. We built our team of 15 specifically to be able to take on that second category, not just the first.
We also do not default to one technology for everything. A five-page business website does not need the same stack as a hospital management system that has to track patient records correctly over years of use. We use WordPress or simpler static builds for straightforward marketing sites, Shopify for ecommerce (where our Shopify Partner status gives us access to better support and themes), and React with TanStack and Convex for applications that genuinely need to be fast, stateful, and built to scale -- which is what we used for a hospital management system we built for a Nepali healthcare client.
Most projects fall into a few buckets: a new business needing a first website and Google Business Profile; an existing business whose current site is outdated, slow, or was built years ago on a platform they can no longer edit; an ecommerce brand needing a proper Shopify or custom store with working local payment and delivery logic; and businesses needing internal software -- a CRM to track leads and customers, a booking platform, a simple internal tool -- because they have outgrown doing it by hand.
We have built across all four for Nepali clients, which is part of why we think "web development agency" undersells what the work often becomes. A CRM project frequently starts as a website conversation, once a business realizes their actual bottleneck is not their homepage but how they track leads after the homepage does its job.
Projects start around NPR 20,000 for a simple site and scale with real scope -- ecommerce and custom software cost more because they require more build and testing time, and we explain why before you agree to anything. We do not sell fixed packages off a pricing page, because a template price does not reflect what your specific project actually needs.
Every project follows the same process: we listen to what the business needs, suggest a build plan and realistic technology choice, agree the scope and price in writing, then deliver with a full handover -- your domain, hosting, and source code, not ours.
Yes. We have built CRMs, booking platforms, and a hospital management system for Nepali clients, in addition to standard business and ecommerce websites. If your actual problem is tracking leads or operations, we can scope that instead of just a website.
We use React (often with TanStack and Convex) for applications that need to be fast, interactive, and handle real data over time, like booking systems or internal software. For a straightforward business website, a simpler stack like WordPress is usually faster to build and easier for you to edit yourself, so we recommend that instead.
Yes, we are a verified Shopify Partner, which is checkable in Shopify's partner records. We build and customize Shopify stores including payment integration for the Nepali market.
You can, because you own the domain, hosting account, and source code from handover. We do not build sites that lock you into our own infrastructure or require us for every future change.
